Ginny Dunker

I’m Ginny Dunker, Contracting Director at New Horizons, and I handle all of the contracting and licensing for agents.

Contracting can be a pain, so it’s my job to help agents understand the process and make appointments happen as soon as possible. The wait can be biggest issue sometimes, but that’s why I do everything I can to make the contracting process as easy as it can be.

The absolute best part about working here at New Horizons is the people – everyone is great. One of the best parts is that I can still be a mom and work. Jeff and John, the owners of New Horizons, are very understanding when it comes to family.

Prior to working here at New Horizons, I did Co-op contracts for K’s Merchandise Corporate office. While it’s a different kind of contract, it’s still very detailed just like agent contracting.

When I think about my beliefs and values, I believe that everyone has the right to their own opinion, but everyone should be kind regardless of how they feel. There's no wrong opinion or view, but respect should always be given. 

I was born and raised in Warrensburg, IL. It's a very small town where everyone knows everyone and you didn't have to lock your doors at night. I'm super close to my family and enjoy being with them and going camping on occasion. My son is involved in cub scouts, so I'm very involved there, and my daughter and I like watching true crime shows and reading crime stories together.
