Cigna's new substandard plan goes live Feb. 1, 2016 in Indiana

Heads up Indiana Agents!

Since Cigna's announcement last summer that they were offering a substandard underwriting rate class for their Medicare Supplement business, we felt like it had a chance to be a big player in Indiana. Everyone knows that other UHC’s universal rate Med Supp, there are very few options (like zero) for folks with conditions like Parkinson's, Dementia, etc. Cigna’s substandard plan is going to be a great solution for a lot of these folks. This is definitely going to be a plan that every Med Supp agent is going to want.

You can see the UW guide here, and rates here, to give you a better feel for what this product looks like. If you do not have an active contract with Cigna or have questions, please call us and get contracted today!
