We want to take this time to address some changes that you will immediately see taking place at Atlantic Coast Life & Sentinel. Due to your tremendous sales efforts over the last year, it has become very clear the New Business team members need to spend more time processing applications to meet production demand. Over the last few weeks, New Business employees have spent an inordinate amount of time taking calls from agents regarding policy status, and this has contributed to a decrease in company efficiency.To improve our output and ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service to you, we are asking for your support with the following requests/processes: - *As of today, we are highly encouraging all agents to use the Agent Portal for application status updates instead of calling. Updates to the portal are in real time.* - *If agents are in an urgent situation and feel they must speak with a member of the New Business team, the agent can contact our emergency email address: **sales@insadminservices.com**.* - *Agents who call the New Business line may experience longer wait times. * - *Over the next few weeks, we will be hosting daily training sessions to teach agents how to request application status updates through the Agent Portal. In addition to the above communication protocols, we have already hired additional personnel into the New Business team to improve efficiencies and support the increased workload. We are confident that we are putting the right people and processes in place to best serve you.
