Updates to the portal are in real time. - If agents are in an urgent situation and feel they must speak with a member of the New Business team, the agent can contact the emergency email address: **. - Agents who call the New Business line may experience longer wait times. Over the next few weeks, they will be hosting *daily training sessions* to teach agents how to request application status updates through the Agent Portal.
