As a reminder, Americo will be performing a system upgrade to Sales Connection tonight. Sales Connection (eApplications and illustrations) will be unavailable from 11:30 pm Central this evening until 2:00 am Central, Friday, January 15th.
All open eApplications must be closed by 11:00 pm Central today. Any eApplications not completed by this time will need to be restarted after the Sales Connection update.
After the update is complete, if you experience any issues with Sales Connection, please clear your browser cache. Close all of your browser windows and open a new window. We have found this to be an easy fix to problems that occur after system upgrades.
