The New Horizons marketing department has added another round of assets to the Medicare Advantage Marketing Materials library. The flyer, desk display, postcard, and social media images are for use with individuals who may be eligible for a special enrollment period (SEP).
The messaging on these marketing materials targets SEPs, so there are no restrictions on when you, the agent, can use them. It is fully compliant to send these marketing materials to potential Medicare Advantage enrollees any time of the year.
Here is sample messaging on our new SEP materials:
“You may still be eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan, even if you missed the October 15-December 7 open enrollment period.
If you have moved, lost coverage, or are newly eligible for Medicare, I can do a Medicare plan review with you. There are also other circumstances that may qualify you.”
