We are writing to inform you that Sentinel Security Life Insurance Company is continuing to experience a disruption with certain key systems of our third party administrator, Secure Administrative Solutions (SAS). However, as of today, access has been restored to the Agent, Provider and Client Portals. Please visit the portals here.
With the availability of the Agent Portal, agents can now access policy information, product forms and illustrations, as well as submit E-App’s. Processing of paper applications and E-App’s will resume once other systems are restored.
Progress is being made and we anticipate full restoration by the end of this week.
