As a Medicare Supplement agent, you should already be aware that individuals, who become newly eligible for Medicare as of January 1, 2020 or after, will not have the option to purchase Medicare Supplement plans which cover the Part B deductible.
All Liberty Bankers Life Outlines of Coverage (except for Florida and Indiana) have been updated to reflect the new benefit chart which displays what is covered under the various plans and who is eligible for which plans as of January 1, 2020.
Please Note: No exceptions can be made to offer the impacted plans to people who are restricted from purchasing them. Liberty Bankers Life will be unable to issue any application that does not comply with the new plan restrictions to avoid significant financial penalties.
