Important Update: Enhanced Application Tracking Now Available on CignaForBrokers

Cigna has introduced a new Application Status Tracker that makes monitoring your customer applications faster and more efficient than ever before.

The Application Status Tracker provides:

• Real-time status updates for applications submitted through Express App
• Color-coded tracking that clearly shows where each application stands in the process
• Immediate notifications when a policy requires your attention
• Streamlined document upload capability directly from the Policy Details page

How to access the tracker:

1. Log in to CignaForBrokers
2. Click on "Book of Business" from the left-hand sidebar
3. Select "Policy Status" for any policy to view the detailed tracking information

This enhancement makes it easier to stay on top of your Cigna business and provide better service to your clients.
