As previously shared on October 10, beginning November 9, 2025, all Humana Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) will be removed from enrollment tools, with the exception of Humana.com and Medicare.gov for beneficiary self-service.
Please note that there is no impact on existing PDP renewals or Humana plan-to-plan changes.
