Aetna's "Mail to Agent" Policy Delivery Option Restored

Aetna has updated their policy delivery process and restored the "Mail to Agent" option on Aetna Quote & Enroll. You still have the option to choose "Mail to Policyholder" as well.

To help your clients receive their policy faster, Aetna encourages you to select the electronic policy delivery option with your applications. If they choose this option, they will still receive a physical ID card in the mail.

Another quick update from Aetna is their offices will be closed on Monday, January 18 for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Their phone lines and live chat will be unavailable on these days.

They will be open on Tuesday, January 19, which is their highest member call volume day of the entire year. Encourage your clients to use the live chat feature on aetnaseniorproducts.com to avoid waiting on the phone.
