Aetna has released a new Hospital Indemnity Flex product and will no longer be accepting applications on the old Hospital Indemnity forms. The cut off for applications on the current forms is May 1st in the following states: IN, LA, MO, MS, MT, OH, OK, PA, TN. Please make sure to go to get the new forms for this product.
