According to a recent article by CNET, 2024 Medicare Part B premiums are expected to rise by about $10 per month.
The reason is all-too-familiar: another new Alzheimer's drug. This one is called Leqembi, which is a treatment for people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease.
The projected 2024 Medicare Part B monthly premium is $174.80, or just about $10 more per month.
