Medico 2011 Sales Marathon
Contracted Agents as of 1/1/11
If you have issued in-force $125,00 in premium during 2011, you will recieve $7,500. Eighty percent (80%) of business must be underwritten (DVH will be considered underwritten).
Also, any premium amount issued and in-force over $125,000, will generate an additional 4% reward of the premium over $125,000, without limit! (e.g. sell $150,000 and earn an additional $1,000 (4% of $25,000) on top of the $7,500);
Newly Contracted Agents
Medico has established sales goals and awards based on the month the agent is contracted.
A new agent is eligible to participate in the Sales Marathon with the monthly prorated sales goals. As an example, if an agent is contracted in May, 2011, the sales goal will be $83,336 ($125,000 divided by 12 = $10,417; $10,417 times eight months remaining in 2011 = $83,336; in June it would be seven times $10,471 = $72,919). The same underwriting rules apply for all business written.
The award for meeting the prorated sales goal is 6% of the goal. In the case of the agent hired in May, the award would be $5,000 (6% of $83,336).
